When you go out with your Realtor^® to look at homes be completely honest. Tell your Realtor^® how you feel, what you like and don't like. Don't mince words and remember that you aren't going to offend anyone since you're the one who will ultimately be living in the house you choose. If you make polite comments about a home you don't like, you will be giving the wrong signals and your Realtor^® might just continue to show you the same sort of homes.
